A 10 ounce char broiled Flat Iron Steak finished with a Crimini mushroom glaze or brown peppercorn sauce.

*Birdies stuffed Chicken Breast
A tender breast of chicken hand stuffed with garlic, spinach, house herbs and mozzarella cheese. Served with a mushroom cream sauce.

*Barron of Beef
Slow roasted, hand carved and served Au Jus or with a brown mushroom sauce. (Barron of beef is served at a carving station for buffets.)

*Birdies Chicken Cordon Bleu
Hand rolled and stuffed with smoked ham, and Swiss cheese. Served in an herb cream sauce.

*Birdies Sole Florentine
Fresh sole hand stuffed with spinach, bay shrimp and herbs. Finished in a fresh lemon glaze.

*Scallops St. Jacques Bay Scallops
Ssautéed in a white wine and lemon cream sauce with mushrooms.

*Slow roasted Prime Rib
A 12 ounce slice of Prime Rib Served Au Jus with a creamy horseradish sauce. (Prime Rib of beef is served at a carving station on buffets)

*Add 1 item from this category to any buffet for $4.00.

Buffet dinners #2 thru #5 are served with a choice of:

  • Garden Salad
  • Caesar Salad or
  • Mandarin Style Salad.
  • Glazed carrots or seasonal vegetables.
  • Baked Potato, rice pilaf, garlic-mashed potatoes or buttered-parsley pasta.
  • House sliced baguette or assorted house baked dinner rolls. Served with whipped butter.

All dinners are served with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream and coffee or tea.

18% Gratuity and tax are not included.
